Step 2. Pre-Booking Consultation – What to Expect
Before we even talk about locking in a date, we schedule a 15-20 minute non-binding video consultation. This is where we discuss your vision, expectations, and any questions you may have. There’s no pressure to book if we’re not the right fit! My goal is to ensure you feel comfortable and confident in your decision, no matter what you choose.
Step 3. Making It Official – Securing Your Booking
Once you’re ready to move forward, we secure your session by signing a contract and completing the session fee payment. This not only guarantees your spot but also ensures that we’re all on the same page regarding the details of your session.

Step 4. Getting to Know You – Online Session Questionnaire
To make your session truly personal, I send over a short online questionnaire. This helps me understand your preferences, style, and any special requests or concerns you may have. It’s also a great place to share any inspirations or must-have shots you’d love.
Step 5. The Prep Talk – Pre-Session Consultation
A little preparation goes a long way in making sure your shoot runs smoothly. This video chat is an essential step in how to prepare for a photoshoot, covering everything from outfit choices and styling tips to product options and the delivery process. It’s also a great time to discuss your expectations, wishes, and any questions you may have. Beyond the logistics, this call helps us connect, ensuring you feel comfortable, confident, and fully prepared for your session.
Step 6. Session Guide & Checklist
To make things even easier, I send you a session guide with all the details—what to bring, what to expect, and some helpful tips to make the most out of your shoot. It’s all about eliminating stress and making sure you feel prepared.
Step 7. The Big Moment – Photoshoot Day!
This is where the magic happens! Whether it’s in my cozy studio in Olari or a stunning outdoor location, I focus on making the session fun, relaxed, and comfortable. During the shoot, I’ll guide you and your family through every pose, making sure you look your absolute best while keeping things natural. My goal is to capture real emotions—genuine smiles, heartfelt moments, and the different aspects of your personality. Whether you’re camera-shy or a natural, I’m here to make you feel comfortable, confident, and radiant in every shot.
After the Portrait Session – Image Selection & Delivery
Step 8. Viewing & Choosing Your Photos – Online Gallery
In about a week after your session, you’ll receive an online gallery where you can browse and choose your favorite images. Take your time, share with loved ones, and select the package that best suits your needs.
Step 9. Finalizing Your Selection – Payment for Chosen Package
Once you’ve chosen your favorites, you complete the payment for your selected package. From here, I finalize the edits to ensure every image is polished to perfection.
Step 10. Digital Image Delivery & Print Ordering
You’ll receive your beautifully edited digital images via a secure file transfer system, ready for download approximately 2–3 weeks after image selection. If you’d like to transform them into lasting keepsakes, you can also order high-quality prints, albums, or wall art directly through me.
Step 11. Receiving Your Prints – A Lasting Keepsake
There’s nothing quite like holding your memories in your hands. Your professionally printed images will arrive at your doorstep, ready to be cherished for years to come.
